Some regions in eastern Germany, Austria, the entire Baltic region and large parts of eastern Europe have also even turned dark red already, given the spread of the virus. The virus is currently raging particularly fiercely in Eastern Europe. Especially in Romania, the situation has been chaotic since September and there are no signs of improvement. There, the Covid drug Molnupiravir has now received emergency approval. So soon, at least in the UK, this drug could be used for the treatment of Covid 19 patients.
