In the middle of the highway – construction workers find human bones!
Work is currently underway on a new section of the A14 motorway near Geestgottberg in northern Saxony-Anhalt. Now human remains were discovered during earthworks. Immediately after the discovery, the bones had been seized by the police.

In the north of Saxony-Anhalt, employees working on the expansion of a road section of the A14 motorway have made a creepy discovery. Because during earthworks at the construction site, the employees of the construction company have now discovered human bones there. The authorities were subsequently informed by emergency call. Police forces had then secured the mortal remains on site. “From what time or era these bones originate, can not be said at this time,” writes the police on its website.
Is it an ancient burial site?
Apparently, it is possible that the human bones are part of an ancient burial site. In order to completely rule out foul play, the bones found are now to be analyzed and examined in detail. However, this could take several weeks.
